We have detected that the latest versions of OpenCityMaps Powerview block the editing of elements with database links. This feature is designed to maintain the referential integrity of alphanumeric information linked to Microstation geometries.
In MAPIA® CONNECT, this functionality is not necessary since we work with ItemTypes instead of dynamic database linkages.
If you experience issues due to this restriction, you can disable it by following these steps:
- Open the OpenCityMaps configuration variables: Menu File > Settings > Configuration > Configuration Variables
2) Create a new configuration variable:
Add the variable MS_GEOXFM_DISALLOW_INFERRED_DBCONNECTION with a value of 1
3) Accept and save the changes by clicking OK in the main dialog.
